Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final, but I am nice and can make exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Being a really small operation I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless something is damaged or our due to an error on my part. If for some reason you received a defective item or the wrong size from me feel free to email me at info@splitplugart.com and we will take care of it.

Please make sure you are ordering the correct item in the correct size, if you need more info on the size of an item please email us.

Do not send back any items unless you have already contacted us and have been given an approval to return.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
